You might be someone who is ready for change, but unsure where to start. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain whether therapy is really for you. Cultural or family expectations might make it even harder to reach out. Maybe you’ve been coping on your own for a long time. And maybe lately, it feels like the strategies that used to work just aren’t working anymore. I can meet you where you are, with curiosity and respect for all that makes you, you. Even when life has felt the same for a long time, change is still possible. It is never too late to reach out, to heal, or to try something new.
Together we notice patterns, recognize the strengths and coping tools you already have and help you build new ones, and create small steps that lead to real change. My work is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I support clients with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, identity questions, parenting concerns, and ADHD.
I am currently a master’s level MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student who is qualified to practice at the practicum site under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor.
