I support individuals using a client-centered and strengths-based approach as the main focus is on your needs, your goals and what matters most to you. I take an integrative approach and the modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
