Offering online counselling services to adults 19 years and older living in BC. Kirsty virtually provides a nonjudgmental, confidential space for you to explore your experiences while in the comfort of your own home. Kirsty will work collaboratively with you to help you navigate through life’s challenges and support you with your counselling goals. With your permission, she will send you a therapeutic letter after each session to highlight your work together.
Kirsty is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#23710) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Registered Social Worker (#11473) with the BC College of Social Workers. She has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and a Bachelor of Social Work from Thompson Rivers University. She has worked in the mental health field since 2013. Additionally, she is committed to ongoing professional development and keeping up to date on the latest research in the mental health field. Kirsty has resided in various small towns in Northern BC over the past several years, such as Quesnel, Dease Lake, Tumbler Ridge and Takla Landing. She recognizes the accessibility and flexibility of virtual counselling, especially in rural and remote areas.
Kirsty exclusively runs a virtual private practice. She enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, and being outdoors.
