My practice is steeped in compassion, connection, and understanding. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, or any of life’s challenges I want to assist you in overcoming the challenges you are facing. By using a collaborative approach with clients, I create a safe space to work towards personally-meaningful goals. To address each client’s individual needs as a MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student, who is qualified to practice under supervision, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions including solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and psychodynamic approaches. I approach therapy with a compassionate and non-judgemental style to ensure you feel comfortable and empowered.
Many suffer in silence so it is important to heal out loud. I practice from a trauma-informed and affirming stance. Through therapy, we can work towards learning more about your emotions and how to manage them, improving your relationship with yourself and others, developing effective coping mechanisms, and learn how to better navigate through life.
