If you have been suffering in silence, it may be time to heal out loud. I work with adults who are experiencing the long-lasting effects of attachment trauma, rejection sensitivity, grief, loneliness, stress, and shame. I specialize in forms of grief that are often unrecognized or invalidated, including the loss of hope, identity, and imagined futures. This kind of grief can be deeply personal, lonely, and confusing, and may not always be acknowledged or understood by others. These experiences often shape how we relate to ourselves and those around us. You may notice difficulties with self-worth, emotional regulation, trust, or relationships. Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuckâintellectually aware of what the problem is, yet unsure of how to move forward. This is why I offer a space where you can be truly seen and understood.
My practice is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neurodivergence-affirming. I work collaboratively with clients to create a therapeutic relationship grounded in connection, compassion, and understanding. I am committed to offering a space where you are safe to be yourself, without pressure to mask, conform, or change core aspects of who you are.
Together, we can work toward meaningful goals such as improving your relationship with yourself and others, developing effective coping strategies, and learning how to navigate life with greater clarity and self-compassion. Therapy is not about fixing who you are, but about making space for understanding, integration, and change.
I invite you to book a free 50-minute consultation with me to see if we are a good fit. Everyone is on their own path and I am committed to supporting you in a way that is right for you. I look forward to working together!
