You’ve been carrying a lot—and maybe you’re starting to wonder what it might feel like to lay some of it down. I’m Kristine, and I come to this work with a deep belief in the power of human connection to support healing and change. My own story includes early experiences of loss, transition, and uncertainty—chapters that sparked my curiosity about how we cope, connect, and grow through life’s harder moments.
As a therapist, I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all approaches. I believe in slowing down, tuning in, and creating space where your story can unfold at its own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what matters most to you, and where you’d like to go from here. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, identity shifts, or relationship challenges, my role is to walk beside you with warmth, curiosity, and care.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom to a hilarious toddler, a partner, and a lover of live music, hot yoga, travel, and the simple comforts of everyday life. These identities ground me and shape the way I show up—with presence, humour, and heart.
