Hi, I’m Kristine, I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, trauma, life transitions, perimenopause/menopause, chronic stress, and caregiving. As a Doctor of Chiropractic with over 20 years of experience supporting patients in regulating their nervous systems, I bring a special understanding of the mind-body connection and the role of the nervous system in emotional well-being. My approach combines somatic therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to help you move out of survival mode and into a state of calm, clarity, and self-trust.
Together we will explore the underlying patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and open space for something new to emerge. This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel safe in your own body again, to exhale, and to move forward with more ease and self-trust.
