I provide services to any clients (age 16+) to assist with anxiety, depressed mood, stress management, eating issues (including digestive upset and other gastrointestinal problems), dealing with adult ADHD, parenting struggles, self esteem, trauma, PTSD, and any other general mental health issues. I can also focus on Nutrition Therapy which is not only what to eat, but also the why, when, and how we eat. I know that the often overlooked ‘why’ we eat is where people can really make positive changes. I help people come up with realistic plans to help improve their quality of life.
I work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans that work towards the client’s goals. My intention is to offer a therapeutic relationship built on honesty and respect while providing a safe environment that is non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive. I aim to build confidence and self-esteem while developing coping strategies to empower.
Life can get tough and it would be my honour to come alongside any client and help them build the skills necessary to get through the tough times. Our past has made us who we are, but if we put in the work, we can determine who we will become. It may not be easy, but whether working in past or the present, I hope to help you build a bright future.
