Krystyn (she/her) is a Master’s of Counselling Psychology candidate with an academic background in philosophy and political theory. She brings an integrative, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and non-pathologizing approach to therapeutic connection. Her favoured therapeutic modalities include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Psychodynamic therapy.
Krystyn’s goal is to create a rich therapeutic connection wherein clients are safe to explore the beliefs and stories guiding their behaviour, while offering strategies for nervous system regulation, mind-body healing, and the development of greater personal agency. She aims to foster an empathetic and actionoriented therapeutic process wherein clients are free to express themselves authentically, better understand their inherent gifts and maladaptive coping mechanisms, and take concrete steps towards lasting change.
Krystyn is a lover of music, poetry, and the arts, and welcomes creativity, play, and humour in her practice.
