I’m a student therapist offering affordable, supportive counselling to individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity, and self-worth challenges. Currently completing my Master of Counselling Psychology, I work under the supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist at Tranquillium Holistic Therapy & Wellness. I have a special interest in working with BIPOC folks and individuals from immigrant or collectivist communities, especially those exploring the balance between cultural expectations and personal authenticity.
