Grief has a way of touching everything, and so do the heavier seasons of anxiety, stress, and loss. If you are carrying any of these, my hope is to offer you a steady, compassionate place to set some of it down. I work with grief and bereavement, generalized and social anxiety, and substance use, and I support people through some of life’s hardest moments.
I have experience working with veterans, military families, and new parents, and I am comfortable supporting people through suicidal thoughts, postpartum struggles, anger, and emotional overwhelm. You do not have to arrive composed or have the right words. We can start exactly where you are.
I also support clients through caregiver burnout, self-esteem, major life transitions, retirement, and the loss of a beloved pet, which is so often grieved quietly.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and grounded in cognitive behavioural therapy, with mindfulness and strengths-based, trauma-informed sensibilities woven in. I will meet you with patience and without judgment.
If you are grieving, struggling, or just tired of holding it together on your own, please know that support is here when you are ready.
