Whether you’re having many bad days, you suffer from anxiety, depression, you underwent a traumatic experience or a difficult childhood, we can work together on understanding yourself and finding solutions to improve your quality of life. I, myself, have experience attending therapy so I know how scary it is at first. We can work together in a non judgemental safe space, figuring out your feelings, your thoughts, patterns and behaviours, so you can feel heard, understood and seen. I use an integrative approach, person-centred and trauma-informed therapy. Being a minority myself, I understand the struggle that comes with being different, so feel free to be your unique different self with me. I provide virtual individual and couple sessions in English, French and Arabic.
