My name is Laura! MACP, RP(Q) and founder of Think & Feel. My passion to help others along their healing journey initiated when I learned how to overcome my own emotional low points.
I know what it feels like to want to make a change in your life, but you just don’t know where to begin. Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, confidence, loneliness or relationship issues? Life can be overwhelming, and a build-up of these issues can create a vicious cycle that can cause you to feel isolated and stuck. I’m here to tell you that you do not have to navigate through your struggles alone, your suffering matters and there is no concern that is too small or big for exploration.
My goal is to help you improve your relationship with yourself. When I began catering to my needs and integrating therapeutic strategies in my routine, I experienced a positive transformation in all facets of my life. I am honoured to be in a position to help others strengthen self-awareness, practice healthy coping skills and set goals to achieve personal growth and a fulfilling lifestyle.
Professionally speaking, I am a Registered Psychotherapist-Qualifying with the College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO, #10887) and Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I achieved my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, New Brunswick in 2022.
