Life can be the most beautiful experience, but it is not immune from challenges and stresses that can deeply affect us. Living in a world where we feel we have no control can feel overwhelming, exhausting, stressful and negative. However, I truly believe that therapy can provide a space where people can see beyond the barriers and notice the warmth, beauty and glimmers that life can provide. I understand and deeply respect how difficult or challenging it can be to be vulnerable with someone and explore life experiences. My main goal as a therapist is to focus on rapport building and creating a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel valued, supported, seen and listened to. I strive to be non-judgmental, vibrant and compassionate in sessions.
We will work together to establish goals for therapy and to identify any patterns or challenges you may be experiencing. I am unapologetically authentic, and my hope is that you can be too! I believe that therapy can be serious but can also be fun at times. My goal is to provide you with tools and strategies that help you navigate challenges, while also feeling empowered and connected.
