Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage everything you’re carrying?
I support individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, relationship stress, major life transitions, and the emotional challenges that can come with immigration, infertility, or feeling pulled between different roles and expectations.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I work with you to better understand your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and needs, while developing practical strategies that support meaningful change. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what has been feeling heavy or confusing.
I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals in school settings, including clients navigating ADHD, academic stress, executive functioning challenges, and burnout. I also have a strong interest in supporting women experiencing infertility, and I bring both professional knowledge and lived understanding of how isolating, painful, and emotionally complex that journey can be.
As a Spanish-speaking immigrant therapist, I am also passionate about supporting individuals and families adjusting to life in a new country. I understand that immigration can bring grief, identity changes, family stress, loneliness, and the pressure to rebuild a sense of belonging.
I also provide couples therapy for partners who want to improve communication, better understand each other’s needs, and feel more connected.
Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual or as a couple, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and what matters most to you.
