My approach is client-centered, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed, which means I adjust my methods to suit the client I am working with. I believe human development is ongoing, but that the patterns of thought, emotion, and behaviour we learn in early life can impact us for the rest of our lifetime. The good news is, these patterns can change. I will help you bring awareness to your patterns, learn how to take care of yourself lovingly, and make conscious choices about how to live that help you feel more whole.
I offer individual psychotherapy to clients of all ages, identities, and stages of life. I have a particular passion for attachment theory, ecopsychology, and nature-based approaches. I’m anti-oppression in all its forms, and have experience working with trans, LGBTQ2A+, and racialized clients.
