My role as a therapist is to help you find your hope and navigate through the darkness to move with grace and have faith that you are stronger than you think.

I work with you to find the best approach. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, grief, infertility, depression and emotional regulation, burn out and compassion fatigue. I value a holistic approach but more importantly I value you as the expert in your needs. I have many years experience working in mental health and have experienced feeling lost and unsure what to do next.
