You may be unsure of what you’re looking for but feel there are parts of yourself that seem out of touch with the world and yearn to feel, see, and experience more in your life. It can feel overwhelming to sit with a stranger and discuss things you wouldn’t normally say out loud but I promise to make you feel safe and heard. Often times our areas of needed growth are exposed through vulnerability which allows us to explore parts of ourselves that weren’t accessible before. I help individuals find connection with the things they care about most in their lives. Our work is collaborative, explorative, and non-linear.
I primarily work with adults who have experienced trauma in childhood, individuals who feel stuck, depressed, anxious or a bit lost in life, and people in the perinatal period. In therapy, the deepening of self-awareness will help you to start making sense of things that right now, seem overwhelming. This exploration will help you to develop a deep relationship with the self – a connection that will lead to the deepening of relationships with the people you care about in your life.
