When we experience anxiety, depression or trauma, it can feel as if our life is unraveling, like we are stuck with nowhere to go, and no way forward. I work with my clients to untangle the thoughts and emotions that keep them from living the lives they wish to. Understanding the mind-body connection will help you make sense of the parts of yourself that trouble you. Together we will demystify the confusion and work toward rebuilding the self. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe to share with me the things that cause you to suffer, and to guide you to resolutions by helping you connect to your own inner wisdom. I understand that healing looks different for every client. I incorporate different modalities of therapy into my practice while maintaining a narrative, person-centered approach to healing. I have a special interest in working with young adults who suffer with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
