I am a Registered Social Worker in Newfoundland and Labrador and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario. I am currently accepting new clients in Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Ontario under clinical supervision as I complete my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP).
I provide a safe, respectful, and supportive therapeutic space for individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and better understand the challenges you are facing while working toward meaningful and sustainable change. My approach is collaborative and client-centred, meeting you where you are and honouring each step forward, at your own pace.
For over a decade, I have supported adults across Labrador who have experienced complex and ongoing trauma, including physical and emotional abuse, intergenerational trauma, intimate partner violence, and substance misuse. My work is grounded in compassion, safety, and empowerment, with a focus on helping individuals build resilience, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward healing with greater clarity and confidence.
