I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, even though they want things to feel different. As part of The Counselling House team, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for them. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build on strengths, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change.
I am a student counsellor completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology under the supervision of Laurie Ponsford-Hill. Through The Counselling House’s ACT Program, I offer low-cost counselling services that are trauma-informed, client-centred, and grounded in the belief that each person has the capacity for growth and healing.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when you’re already carrying a lot. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are.
