If you’re here, you’ve done a big step by considering whether therapy might be for you. I am Lenka, a good listener, a hiker, a reader, and tea-drinker, and a psychotherapist. If you have never done therapy before, it might seem a little scary to open up to people. This is completely normal! I have worked with many people over the last few years. For some people, it was their first time in therapy. For others, they were returning for more therapy with a new therapist. Either way, your journey has brought you here, and I would love to be part of it.
I use different approaches and styles in my therapy. I am trained in different types of therapy, but I use my best judgment based on what I learn from you and how our sessions are going. All of my therapy sessions are currently through video therapy.
