My approach to therapy blends advanced training in psychodynamic therapies with mindfulness-based approaches, grounded in decades of experience practising and teaching meditation and yoga. These are practices that bring depth to our lives, warmth to our relationships, and connect us to our own capacity for insight.
I offer psychotherapy in English and in Spanish. I am particularly passionate about working with relational traumas, the challenges of parenting and family relationships, with young adults and people looking to make sense of their difficult childhoods. I understand the complex realities of navigating cultural identities – my lived experience as an immigrant informs my ability to help people with diverse life experiences feel seen, understood, and supported.
