It’s often hard to succeed in school and/or at work when we’re struggling with distressing feelings that we can’t seem to understand or manage. I specialize in supporting students and professionals by integrating mental health support with the development of the concrete skills needed to thrive in school, work, and relationships.
My work with students and young professionals with anxiety, depression, and ADHD focuses on learning to understand and manage difficult emotions, overcoming problematic habits, and clarifying core values. I supplement this work with academic, leadership, and relational skill development.
