Life can bring unexpected challenges and transitions that leave us feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or stuck. With the right support, these moments can also become opportunities for growth, healing and self-discovery. My goal is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where you can explore your experiences and move toward greater balance and well-being.
I am a Master of Social Work student with over six years of experience supporting both youth and adults as they navigate mental health challenges, transitions, and personal growth. My practice is grounded in a person-centred, trauma-focused, and strengths-based approach, and I tailor my work to meet everyone’s unique needs and goals.
I often draw from a strengths-based, person-centred approach. This means that I view you as the expert on your own life and work collaboratively with you to identify existing strengths, values and resources. Our sessions will be guided by your goals, paced at your comfort level and focused on fostering self-awareness, empowerment and meaningful change.
I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe and supported. I am also a proud LGBTQIA+ ally, and I am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment. I’m passionate about helping clients develop coping skills, deepen their self-understanding, and work toward meaningful change and emotional well-being.
