We can also work together in creating a step-by-step plan to support you in getting from where you are to where you want to be, in embracing your unique qualities and strengths that you have, in addressing any challenges you are currently facing in your daily life.

My approach is client-centered. Along with conventional talk therapy, I may include techniques/modalities based on your unique needs and goals – always explaining the modality and with your permission before proceeding:
Mindfulness & CBT – exercises and techniques that will address mind rumination, constant worry
Gestalt therapy techniques
Inner Critic/Perfectionist/Saboteur etc – only a few of our internal ‘parts’ or thought patterns – using Internal Family System (IFS) techniques to tame/transform their negative messages/impact
