I am educated and experienced in working with all types of drug and alcohol dependencies, impulsivity and self-sabotaging behaviours. Together, we address distress tolerance, trauma and adverse life experiences that lead to dependency. I use a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, collaborative approach to ensure you feel supported and safe in our session. Some of the evidence-based modalities I use in treatment include CBT, ACT, DBT, and SFT, EMDR.
