*Niche: I specialize in working with people impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD).
As we embrace our trials and tribulations by facing them head on, we begin to take responsibility for ourselves and our experiences in life. This can help foster a connection with the source of our power that builds resilience to manage whatever may come. By developing the resources needed to lead a life that is fulfilling and supportive of our overall well-being and it is an ever-evolving process that can be navigated with the help of a trusted professional.
By using a collaborative person-centred, culturally responsive, and trauma informed approach, I aim to empower people to improve their quality of life through authentic and systematic processes. I can support individuals in addressing the following concerns:
- Depression
- Emotional Regulation
- Anxiety & Excessive Stress
- Relational & Interpersonal Conflict
- Life Transitions
- Various Day-to-Day Challenges
My lived experience helps me relate to my fellow members of the immigrant, BIPOC, and 2SLGBTQ+ communities, as well as those in polyamorous and Ethically Non-Monogamous (ENM) relationships. It is my top priority to hold a safe and non-judgemental space for you, where no topic is off limits. If your concern is not listed, but you think we may be a good fit, please do reach out!
In my personal time I enjoy cycling, swimming, and reading in my hammock. My creative outlets include writing, acting, and expressing the clown within. My happy place is a warm coastal beach.
