Lisa is a student completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is offering affordable in-person and virtual counselling sessions. She has nine years of experience working in community-based mental health care, and an additional eight years of experience working with individuals with acquired brain injuries. She has experience working with adults 16+ and has supported clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and body image concerns. Her therapeutic approach is tailored toward your needs and includes person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
