What I love about my work is meeting you and your story. I offer an open space and a safe container to explore what you experience, feel, think, believe. I listen with empathy, and I respond with care from my own experience. Such a relief to be really listened to. As we explore together, we gain insight into the places where you’re feeling stuck. We discover fresh perspectives and directions for change.
What I love about Gestalt therapy is that it’s more than talk therapy. We talk and we do! We use body awareness and mindfulness, imagination, movement, art, other therapy modalities, the possibilities are endless. I bring a strength-based approach, which means we are always recognizing and building on what is working for you already. My approach is also inclusive, body positive, sex positive, and these are core values for me.
