About…

Congratulations on taking the first step towards a more fulfilling life. I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Lisa (she/her) and I am a Masters of Counselling Psychology Graduate Intern, and a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying).  I work with adolescent (16+) and adult clients who are looking to overcome and heal from the challenges life has put them through, and discover the best possible version of themselves. I have been a mental health and developmental services professional for nearly 20 years, and have experience working with clients who experience anxiety, depression, addiction, stress, neurodivergence, trauma, working in emergency services, maternal mental health struggles, and low self-esteem.

My approach is collaborative, respectful and client-centered. I value being empathic and analytic; and will support you as we create a space for your therapeutic journey that is safe and non-judgmental, allowing you to discover self-acceptance and self-compassion. Exploring your feelings, thoughts and patterns, as we identify your values, skills, strengths and the goals you wish to achieve, using a therapeutic approach that is tailor fit for you.

Visit our website to learn more about me, send me a message, or access my calendar to view my availability and even schedule your first session. I also offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation to all potential new clients.
