About…

Welcome!

I work with adult individuals and couples, offering a warm, compassionate, and calming space where you can safely explore and work through complex emotions. I have a particular interest in supporting men, first responders, older adults, family members navigating caregiving or addiction, and adult children of alcoholics or dysfunctional family systems.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Psychodynamic Therapy, with a strong focus on relational trauma and attachment patterns. I help individuals and couples uncover unconscious dynamics that shape their experiences, allowing for deeper understanding, greater connection, and meaningful growth.

My work emphasizes building internal awareness, emotional insight, and healthy boundaries. Using a trauma-informed and empathetic lens, we can identify emotional triggers and gently shift long-standing patterns—creating room for the intentional changes you wish to make in your life and relationships.

Through my own lived experience, I deeply understand the lasting effects of childhood trauma on self-identity, coping strategies, and relationships. This personal and professional path has equipped me to hold space for complex healing journeys with authenticity and care.

If you feel ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out for a free phone consultation.
