Everyone experiences challenges in life, and reaching out for help can be intimidating. I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate space where we can work as a team to navigate your concerns. I am here to listen, support you in discovering your mindset, and help you explore what is and isn’t working for you. If you are dealing with stress, life changes, anxiety, depression, or the pressures placed on you by others or yourself, I might be a good fit for you.
I have a passion for mental health work and have spent the last few years as a crisis line and victim services volunteer while working in the early childhood field. I also believe strongly in accessible mental health care for everyone, regardless of their financial situation. I approach therapy from a cognitive-behavioural therapy focus, but blend it with mindful self-compassion and solution-focused approaches to create a kinder, more personal, and strengths-focused perspective.
