Hi I’m Liz.  I have my MSW and I’m currently working with a supervisor towards becoming a registered social worker.  I’m also a Certified Hypnotherapist. I’ve been trained in several modalities including: trauma-informed somatic healing (Compassionate Inquiry program with Gabor Mate), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness and Grief Counselling. I believe we are all whole and resourceful and I see myself as a guide along your path to wellness.
