About…

Loren (he/him) is a practicum therapist at Blossom Counselling Centre and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology candidate. Growing up along the river in Northern Ontario, Loren developed a deep appreciation for community, nature, and the power of story. These roots inform his belief in relational, grounded, and equitable care—where healing is not rushed, and each person’s story is honoured within its broader social and cultural context.

His approach is grounded in person-centered values and integrates narrative, existential, and community-based therapies. Loren works from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed framework that honours each client’s lived experience and social context. He is passionate about collaborative, empowering care that explores identity, meaning, and resilience, both individually and collectively.

Outside of his clinical work, Loren is active in local governance and enjoys travel, music, and exploring food culture.
