Luc Grey (he/they) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). He practices with a humanist, anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens in working with clients. As a a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), they receive regular supervision.
They work integratively with person-centred, acceptance committment and narrative therapies. He strides to create a non-judgmental, unbiased, safer, and brave space for clients to feel heard and their lived experiences and identities validated.
Some of the topics that Luc can support include:
- managing stress and addressing burnout,
- symptoms of depression and anxiety,
- relationship and family dynamics and navigating nonmonogamy and family (chosen/biological),
- skill development, education/career navigation and life transitions.
Luc (he/they) is a polyqueer neurodivergent cis white man. They are also a settler committed to unlearning and relearning the history of the colonized lands in which he was born and reside. This includes active efforts to self-reflect and practice awareness of societal privileges.
