Hi! I’m Lucia (she/her). With a background in engineering, I chose to transition into psychotherapy out of a deep passion for helping individuals navigate challenging experiences and achieve their full potential. In my practice, I prioritize empowering clients to uncover their own insights and solutions, recognizing them as the true experts of their own lives. My focus is on supporting individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and issues related to the LGBTQ2IA+ community.

I believe that a person’s values, behaviours, and sense of identity are profoundly shaped by the environment in which they grew up. I also believe that self-awareness and intentionality can drive meaningful change. I am especially interested in understanding how clients experience life, what matters most to them, and what goals they hope to achieve.

I am passionate about helping individuals build and sustain skills in self-care, communication, self-esteem, daily living, and relationships. I believe human connection is essential to healing, and I would be honored to support you on your journey of self-discovery.
