In my role as a psychotherapist, I hope to help you navigate the challenges you are experiencing in your life, and to help you reach your goals. I use various types of therapy including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and person-centred therapy.
A little bit about myself, I enjoy collecting vinyl records, watching documentaries, and collecting crystals/rocks. I am passionate about supporting koala rescues in Australia as a way to ensure the survival of the now endangered animals.
