You deserve a therapist who will listen and hold space for you as you share your story. Someone who will meet you where you’re at with empathy, understanding, and compassion. I believe healing is not done in isolation but comes through a sense of belonging and connection.
As a neurodivergent queer and trans person from a rural community there were many barriers to access I experienced. Now I strive for collective liberation and try to build community through play and creativity. I work to remain aware of my privilege being a white settler.
Therapy can be a powerful source of connection. A place where someone can be the most vulenrable. An outlet to transform experiences and feelings into another form, instad of holding it inside one’s body. The endless possibilities the arts bring as a tool of communication is what led me to Expressive Arts as a modality for therapy and what leads me to return to it time and time again. Perhaps you’ve had a traumatic experience that is hard to talk about or you’re a neurodivergent person and find yourself struggling with traditional forms of therapy, the arts, whether it be storytelling, music, painting, dance, or another form of creativity, can provide a safe enough container for healing and self-expression to take place.
I might be a good fit if you’re looking for a therapist to:

- Understand and accept being neurodivergent, autistic, and/or having ADHD

- Explore spirituality and process religious trauma
- Work through burnout, transitions, and/or isolation
- Work on anxiety, depression, trauma and your relationship with yourself
