Do you feel scattered, stuck, or exhausted from masking who you really are? As a Master’s-level student therapist with AuDHD, I work with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD, alongside clients navigating disability, identity exploration, relationships, patterns of perfectionism and people-pleasing, and cycles of burnout. Many arrive feeling lost or like their strengths have gone unnoticed. Together, we take a collaborative, person-centred approach to help you uncover your unique strengths, understand your patterns, and move toward a more authentic, empowered life.
As a Masters-level student therapist, I support executive functioning, emotion regulation, self-esteem, patterns of perfectionism and people pleasing and burnout recovery, using DBT, ACT, EFT, and IFS informed approaches. My approach is authentic, flexible, and individualized, working with your brain, not against it.
You don’t need perfect words or a plan, just a willingness to start. Therapy can be a space to slow down, feel truly seen, and take steps toward living authentically as your whole self. If this resonates, I’d love to help you get there. Feel free to book a free 15-minute consult to see if we’re a good fit!
