You might look like you have it all together on the outside, but underneath, you feel anxious, overwhelmed, and constantly “on.” You may be used to pushing through, saying yes, and keeping everything running even when you’re exhausted. Over time, this can lead to burnout, resentment, and a sense of disconnection from yourself.

I work with adolescents (11+) and adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, life transitions, and challenges with self-esteem, boundaries, and relationships. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and in control in your day-to-day life.

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT with an Adlerian-informed lens, exploring how your past experiences, relationships, and sense of belonging have shaped the way you move through the world. This allows us not only to manage current challenges, but also to create meaningful, lasting change.

With a background in education, program development, and child development, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and experiences. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to perform, you can show up exactly as you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and manageable.
