I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) degree and offering therapy services at The Counselling House under the supervision of Dr. Laurie Ponsford-Hill. Throughout my academic and professional experiences, I have worked with youth, young adults, and adults across a variety of settings and backgrounds, supporting individuals navigating emotional, behavioural, relational, and life challenges. These experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful change happens when support is tailored to each person’s unique needs.
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, attachment-informed, and integrative in nature. I support clients in exploring the connections between thoughts, emotions, relationships, and values. I also consider how past and relational experiences may continue to shape present patterns, and we can gently explore these together in a way that feels safe and supportive. I provide a calm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and understood.
Therapy can feel like a big step, and I will work with you at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. If you feel I may be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out to connect.
