My areas of specific focus are those involving mood disorders, relationship issues, emotional dysregulation, disordered eating, and negative body image. My approach draws on various modalities, mainly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally-Focused Therapy (SFT).
