About…

I believe that meaningful change happens in the context of feeling safe, understood, and genuinely connected. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you, recognizing that growth often begins when we feel secure enough to better understand ourselves.

My interest in mental health developed early in life and has continued to grow through my education and my appreciation for the ways therapy can foster insight, self-compassion, and lasting change. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they reconnect with their strengths, make sense of their experiences, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with their values.

As a student counsellor, my approach is collaborative, client-centered, and informed by attachment theory. I view many of the ways we think, feel, and relate to others as understandable responses shaped by our relationships and lived experiences. Together, we can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, while building on the strengths and resources you already possess. My work is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I also integrate person-centered and strengths-based approaches to tailor therapy to your unique needs, goals, and experiences.

Whether you are seeking greater self-understanding, looking to strengthen relationships, or hoping to approach life’s challenges with more confidence and flexibility, I aim to provide a space where you feel supported throughout that journey.

I believe that every person has an innate capacity for growth and healing when they are met with empathy, acceptance, and authentic connection. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they deepen their understanding of themselves, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change in ways that reflect who they are and what matters most to them.
