Her approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, solution-focused, and anti-oppressive. Maia integrates a range of therapeutic modalities—including Internal Family Systems, CBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy—to help clients build new, empowering stories for their lives.
With 17 years of experience in publicly funded mental health, Maia brings depth, insight, and integrity to her work. She holds a BSW (Honours) from York University and an MSW from the University of Windsor, and feels deeply honoured to walk alongside people as they grow, heal, and transform.
