Having studied and taught history and philosophy for over a decade before becoming a therapist, I bring a deep curiosity about human experience to my clinical work. I help clients make sense of their pasts and patterns, examine their values and desires, and find meaning in the highs, lows, and “in-betweens” of life. My aim is to create a space where you can slow down, ask hard questions, and explore more fully who you are—beyond external expectations or pressures.
Whether you are seeking greater connection, clarity, or direction, I strive to support you in a way that is holistic and attuned to you. My approach is authentic, non-judgmental, humanistic, and shaped by your individual needs and preferences. I lean into exploration, creativity, and curiosity to help you uncover your strengths, discover new possibilities, and move toward meaningful change. I work primarily within the existential, psychodynamic and narrative frameworks, but incorporate other strategies as needed. Everyone is welcome into my practice.
My background allows me to support individuals with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, life transitions, family dynamics, perfectionism, cross-cultural identities and moves, in/fertility, chronic illness, existential fears, grief and ambiguous loss, and stress related to artistic/ creative practice, work, or academics. I also support couples and families (adult members) with relationship challenges including communication, boundaries, processing grief, caregiving, parenting, fertility, intergenerational misunderstandings, rupture, infidelity, intimacy, and life transitions.
