I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a Yorkville University Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology student. I began practicing as a master’s-level intern under the supervision of Danny Seto in September, 2025.  Additionally, in 2023, I obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in psychology with a minor in neuroscience from Carleton University. Thus, I have completed the necessary coursework/studies to begin my practicum, and now I am looking forward to growing as a therapist and applying the knowledge I have gained in order to help others.  I have always been passionate about working with and helping people. I believe that connecting with others plays a significant role in our ability to heal and grow as human beings. As such, I gravitate towards client-centred and strengths-based approaches to counselling.
