If you’re good at functioning but bad at resting, this work may resonate with you.
Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful adults who understand themselves well. They can see their patterns, explain their history, and name what isn’t working — yet their body still feels wired, shut down, exhausted, or emotionally overloaded. Insight hasn’t translated into relief.
My work focuses on helping people bridge that gap. Research shows that meaningful change happens when therapy addresses not only thoughts and insight, but also nervous system responses, behaviour, and lived context. That’s the frame I work from — practical, relational, and grounded.
I support adults navigating burnout, identity shifts, trauma, relationship strain, anxiety, and major life transitions. Many are creative, caregiving, or high-responsibility people who have spent years pushing through discomfort rather than being able to slow down and respond differently. Therapy here is collaborative and paced, with enough structure to feel contained and enough flexibility to meet you where you are.
