Mandy is a practicum student in the final stage of her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree. She is completing her placement with Kennedy McLean Counselling & Psychotherapy Services. Mandy comes to the field after spending years working with children and families. She has held positions as a preschool resource and special resource teacher and currently holds membership with the College of Early Childhood Educators. Mandy has extensive training from the Neufeld Institute, focusing on an attachment-based developmental approach. During her placement, Many will be working with children 10+, adults and families virtually. Mandy takes an integrative approach to treatment, focusing on the therapeutic relationship. She is interested in helping clients to dig deeper and work towards life long change.
