About…

I am an experienced therapist of South Asian descent and a member of the BIPOC community. I identify with three different cultures, speak four languages, and have lived experience as a first-generation and third-generation immigrant which allows me to bring a truly multicultural perspective to my practice.

I understand the profound influence that culture, society, and gender roles have on shaping our worldviews, beliefs, personalities, and mental health. My lived experience and diverse cultural heritage enable me to connect authentically with clients from all walks of life, creating a therapeutic space where cultural nuances are recognized and respected.

With a deep commitment to inclusivity, I am a passionate ally to both the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, ensuring that my practice remains a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space. I approach each client with respectful curiosity as I believe that every individual is unique, and that your journey toward growth and healing is just as distinctive.

In my practice, I take a compassionate, client-centered, and culturally sensitive approach, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. I prioritize a warm, empathetic, and empowering space while recognizing that you are the expert of your own life. I look forward to walking with you on your journey towards healing, growth, and self-discovery.
