I utilize a number of psychotherapeutic approaches to help clients reach their goals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic approaches. I employ a collaborative process that works towards understanding the root of clients’ issues so that we may address them as effectively as possible.
