Do you ever feel like your thoughts and emotions are running the show and no matter how much you try to think your way through it, nothing actually shifts? During my studies in Kinesiology, I watched athletes and peers push themselves to their limits while carrying stress and anxiety that often went completely unspoken. Seeing how deeply emotions could live in the body was what drew me to therapy in the first place. As an Egyptian immigrant who has worked with people from various cultures in university and hospital settings, I understand how life’s pressures can show up physically, emotionally, and relationally all at once.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and athletes navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and the kind of pressure that builds quietly over time. As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counseling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a space to slow down and explore what’s actually going on beneath the surface.
Therapy is a place to be honest, reflect, and begin to shift what no longer feels right. If this resonates, reach out to book a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
